Our color
masterbatch is specifically developed for PP/PE granulation processes.
Tailored precisely to the properties of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) substrates, it seamlessly integrates into the entire granulation workflow. This addresses key pain points in granulation, such as uneven coloring, difficult process adaptation, and significant color variations between batches, providing a stable and efficient coloring solution for the production of colored PP/PE granules.
It is compatible with all PP/PE granulation scenarios.
Whether used with single-screw or twin-screw granulators, no adjustment to existing equipment parameters is required — the melt flow index (MI: 2-8g/10min) of the color masterbatch is precisely matched to PP/PE substrates. After melting, it disperses quickly and evenly, without clogging the screw or die, and without affecting granule cutting precision. This avoids granulation downtime or increased defective granule rates caused by coloring material issues.
Micron-level dispersion technology is its core advantage:
The dispersion uniformity of pigments in PP/PE melts reaches over 98%, ensuring colored granules are free of spots and streaks. Color variations between batches are controlled within ΔE ≤ 0.8 (color difference value), meeting the strict color consistency requirements of downstream customers (e.g., injection molding and extrusion enterprises). Meanwhile, the addition ratio of the color masterbatch is flexible (1%-3%), allowing stable color intensity adjustment — from light colors (gray-white, light blue) to dark colors (black, dark blue).
We welcome inquiries for customized PP/PE granulation color masterbatch solutions.
We support small-batch trial production and precise matching with Pantone/RAL color cards to help enhance the market competitiveness of your colored PP/PE granules.
