Product Description

A long-lasting anti-static masterbatch with excellent performance, when added to polyethylene (PE) film, plays the role of lubrication and mold release in the late stage of extrusion. This internal anti-static agent disperses into the polymer during the extrusion process. After extrusion, the anti-static agent will migrate to the polymer surface. Due to its incompatibility with the polymer, it forms a uniform layer of hydrophilic substance on the polymer surface, which covers the polymer surface and absorbs water molecules in the air to form conductive channels, thereby improving the conductivity of the polymer surface.
