        Xinyu Heat-Resistant Slip Masterbatch is specifically designed for high-temperature film processing. It maintains stable performance at 180-250℃, reducing melt friction and preventing adhesion during film winding. Compatible with substrates such as PE and PA, it requires low dosage without affecting the film's toughness and transparency, helping produce high-quality products like heat-resistant packaging and industrial films.

  1. Excellent Opening Performance: It can effectively solve film blocking issues, enabling easy separation of films during production, storage and use. This improves packaging efficiency, especially suitable for high-speed packaging production lines.

  2. Outstanding Slip Performance: It reduces the film's surface friction coefficient, enhances the smoothness of films during processing (such as film blowing, printing, bag making) and use, minimizes mechanical wear, and prolongs equipment service life.

  3. Good Compatibility with Film Properties: Under a reasonable addition ratio, it does not affect the film's transparency, heat-sealing strength or printing adhesion. This ensures the film's appearance and functional integrity, meeting the needs of multiple scenarios such as food packaging and industrial packaging.

Environmental Friendliness and Safety Compliance: Erucamide (the key component) is derived from natural oils and fats, complying with safety standards for food contact materials (e.g., FDA, EU food-grade certifications). It can be safely used in fields with high hygiene requirements such as food packaging and medical packaging. Meanwhile, it has good biodegradability, aligning with environmental trends.

Product Description 

Super Slip Masterbatch is processed through special processes using high-performance mixing equipment, with Polyethylene (PE) as the carrier and supplemented with high-performance anti-blocking additives. The recommended addition ratio range is 0.5%-3%, and the specific addition ratio shall be determined according to the specific requirements of the final products.
