FOCUSED ON TOP QUALITY MASTERBATCH PRODUCING
Xinyu PPA Masterbatch is specifically designed for film processing. It reduces melt viscosity, improves film extrusion efficiency, and resolves issues of adhesion and surface unevenness during film winding. Compatible with film substrates like PE and PP, it requires low dosage without affecting the film's transparency and toughness, helping produce efficient, high-quality film products.
Enhancing Optical Performance: Significantly enhances the transparency and surface gloss of films, boosting the commercial appeal of products.
Optimizing Processing Performance: Improves melt fluidity, reduces issues like uneven film thickness, increases production efficiency and reduces waste.
Strengthening Mechanical Performance: Enhances the tear resistance and puncture resistance of films, extends service life, and is suitable for heavy-load, outdoor and other scenarios.
Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Complies with RoHS, FDA and other environmental and safety standards, and can be used in food-grade and medical-grade film packaging.
This product is manufactured with Polyethylene (PE) as the carrier, supplemented with high-performance Polyphthalamide (PPA) additives, and processed through special processes using high-performance mixing equipment.
This product has passed the EU RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) environmental testing; it exerts a lubricating effect on the processing of polyolefin plastics; provides excellent auxiliary lubricating and plasticizing functions to enhance production efficiency; improves the surface glossiness of plastic products; and boosts the transparency of film products.
This product can be widely used in PE (Polyethylene) plastic products processed via extrusion molding and blow molding. For the addition ratio: add at 2-2.5% for the first 3 to 4 hours, then switch to the normal ratio of 1-1.5%. Minor adjustments can also be made based on actual usage conditions.
